Doc’s Diagnosis: A Guide to Dr. Strip Club’s Reviews

I visit and review every major gentlemen’s club in Las Vegas every week and all the clubs in Vegas at least once a month to keep you up-to-date on Vegas Best Strip Clubs. Counting topless and full nude strip clubs, Casino Shows featuring topless show girls, adults only topless pools, swingers’ clubs and the male revues that’s over 60 venues!  I’m a busy man. Each review begins with Doc’s Diagnosis, a brief summary of exactly what to expect when you visit that club.  This helps you choose the best strip club for you.

OF COURSE WHEN YOU’RE READY TO GO TO ONE OF VEGAS BEST STRIP CLUBS CALL DOCTOR STRIP CLUB FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION.

Here’s a brief guide to Doc’s Diagnosis with an explanation of the metrics I use when evaluating a club and exotic entertainers.

FULL SALUTE FACTOR

Dr. Strip Club Gives Each Club a full Check up Every Week

The Full Salute Factor is my calculation of how likely you are to get aroused in a particular club. I factor in the overall vibe of the club, the attractiveness of the dancers, the lighting of the club, the quality of the stage show, the quality, intensity and contact level of the lap dances, the pressure level from dancers, the courtesy of the staff and a few other variables. 100% is a perfect score–meaning even a gay man would get a hard on in this club.  If I rank a club over 75 and you don’t catch wood while you’re there, you need ED treatment and a heart check up because you have blood flow/circulation issues. A zero means the club is about as erotic as the smell of your daily bowel movement.  If I give a club a Full Salute Factor under 50, don’t waste your time–that’s half staff. The best strip clubs in Vegas all rank over 80.  The second tier clubs rank a little lower, but many are still worth a visit.

DANCER SCORE

I use the simple scale of 1-10 here.  Vegas strip clubs only hire dancers that are 7 or above.  The best strip clubs in the world are in Las Vegas and they only hire 8’s, 9’s & 10’s.  Since I’ve performed over 8,000 breast augmentation procedures and specialized in non-surgical augmentation, I must confess a bias to well shaped breasts.  There is a big difference in a beautiful breasts and huge tits–I prefer shape over size although I rate both highly.

Breast augmentation is the surgical placement of breast implants to increase fullness and improve symmetry of the breasts, or to restore breast volume lost after weight reduction or pregnancy.  There is also non implant augmentation which involves autologous fat grafting–using fat tissue from other areas to enhance and perfect the breasts.

LAP DANCE RATING

Lap dances cost $20 at most clubs in Las Vegas, but the quality, intensity and contact varies widely.  I rank the quality of lap dances on a scale from 1 to 10. Vegas is not like other places…the law here allows you to touch and in Vegas Best Strip Clubs there is high nipple to face contact. If I don’t give a club at least a 7, don’t go because you are getting mostly AIR DANCES–NO CONTACT.  If I give it a 9 or 10, nipples will touch your face, nose, and even lips at times. The lap dance pictured here would rate a 4 on my scale–low contact. The overall eroticism and passion of the dancers factors into my lap dance rating as well.

PRESSURE FACTOR

A low pressure factor is better. Dancers will ask you if you want a lap dance.  They paid a house fee to be there and they want to make money and for you to have fun.  The best dancers will engage in some friendly conversation before pushing for a dance or the VIP. This results in a good Pressure Factor score.  A club with dancers who try to trick you into the VIP with a “tour of the club” get a worse score.  If you say, no thanks to a particular dancer she should generally move on or offer to check back with you later.  5-6 is a good score here.  A higher number is too much pressure and a lower number is a boring club with lazy dancers.

DRESS CODE

Each Gentlemen’s club in Las Vegas has a dress code.  In most clubs the dress code varies based on the bouncer or door man’s impression of you as you enter.  So, show some manners and you should be fine.  For most clubs, I list dress code as “casual.” Casual Dress Code Means…

  • No Sweatpants
  • No Jerseys–Exceptions for Games
  • No Tank Tops
  • No Flip-Flops/Sandals
  • No Open-toed Shoes
  • Hats must be checked on entry and can be retrieved when you leave

OTHER DATA IN DOC’S DIAGNOSIS

Of course, I always list whether the club has a full bar, food, the minimum age and the costs of dances, VIP, cover charge and other important info.
