Vegas Strip Club Dress Codes

It never hurts to dress well

Vegas began as the place to “suit up” and go out on the town for a night of gambling drinking and music.  There was a day you couldn’t get into many places unless you were wearing a suit and tie. Vegas Strip Club dress codes have changed in recent years to reflect the more casual fashion trend currently popular in the USA-in many instances sloppy and downright tacky.

Even though the dress code for Vegas Strip Clubs is casual, there are still standards. And often the standards are open to interpretation by the club’s door staff and bouncers.  This is Las Vegas, not Podunk, USA.  These are the world’s best Strip Clubs and Night Clubs. You will always have the best experience if you dress well–you don’t need a suit, but a pair of slacks or chinos, leather shoes and a nice shirt will improve your night and the treatment you get at any nightclub or strip club in Vegas. Dress and behave like a man, not an unemployed couch surfing bum.

FOOT NOTE:  SAPPHIRE GENTLEMEN’S CLUB APPARENTLY ADDS A SKIN COLOR CODE TO THEIR DRESS CODE.

At Sapphire, people of Latin and African American heritage are often denied entry based on the “dress code”.  I’ve seen this happen dozens of times already in 2017 alone.  Men from India, Dubai, Pakistan and other Asian countries are allowed in wearing sandals and open toe shoes.  Caucasians are allowed in wearing shorts and ball caps.  Latinos and African Americans are not allowed in when dressed this way. This has been an issue with Sapphire for many years. People are denied entry at Sapphire and we take them to other clubs where they get in with no problem. I personally recommend a different club for everyone, but certainly if you think racism and prejudice is wrong. If you have brown skin and really want to go to Sapphire, then you should either be a celebrity or wear a nice suit and high quality shoes…dress like a doctor, lawyer, or Wall Street Banker.
